Only real money can be used to enter a tournament.
What is a feeder tournament?
A feeder tournament is where you play to win the entry fee into another tournament. When you win a feeder tournament, the casino software automatically registers you for the tournament that you won an entry to. You can see the details of the tournament that you won an entry to by clicking on the “My Tournaments” icon in the software.
Can I withdraw from a tournament if I have already paid the entry fee?
Yes – provided the tournament has not already started.
Can I continue to play in a tournament once my time is up?
Yes. Some tournaments will offer you the chance to continue to play. By selecting this option, an additional fee will be deducted from your account and you will be credited with more tournament coins and extra play time. Your win box will carry over and you will continue from where you left off.
Can I start the tournament again from the begining?
If you have used all available add-ons by continuing to play and you have not finished in your desired position, you may want to start the tournament fresh and try your luck a second time around. Some tournaments will have this “re-buy” option.
If you select this, you account will be debited by the re-buy fee amount. You coin box balance and time will be refreshed and your win balance will be reset to 0. We hope you have a better run this time around!
What happens if I am disconnected from the casino whilst I am playing in a tournament?
If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply:
- If you are disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on your behalf.
- If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing in the tournament.
- If you cannot reconnect, your Win Box total will remain static, reflecting the amount at the time of disconnection.
How do you receive your winnings from the tournament?
Winnings will be credited to your casino account after the tournament is complete and the final results have been published.
What if I don’t play in US dollars?
The entry fee and prize amounts for tournaments are published in US dollars. Your entry fee and prize amount will be converted to the equivalent value in your currency based on exchange rates on the day that you register. The prizes will be converted according to the conversion rate on the day when the tournament is completed. If you cancel your registration to a tournament, your entry fee will be refunded according to the conversion rate on the day of registration.
